Sharraxaad: sidii caafimaad loogu ahaan lahaa inta lagu jiro soonka Ramadan

Soonka bisha Ramadan waa dhaqan ruuxi ah oo leh tixgelin caafimaad oo wax ku ool ah. Waa kan hanuun guud (maaha talo caafimaad oo shaqsiyeed).

Talooyin badan oo dadku u arkaan inay waxtar leeyihiin:

  • Biyo cab inta u dhaxaysa afurka iyo suxuurta — biyo ka hor cabitaannada sonkorta leh.
  • Dooro cuntooyin tamar-gaabis ah xilliga suxuurta (boorash, timir, miraha dhan, borotiin) si aad u firfircoonaato.
  • Ha cunin wax badan xilliga afurka; si tartiib ah u afur, ka dibna cun cunto dheellitiran.
  • Haddii aad leedahay xaalad sida sonkorowga, la hadal dhakhtar ka hor Ramadan si aad u soonto si ammaan ah.
